This month I decided to focus the QiGong Exercises to help with more of the upper body and a little splash of your upper back as well !!

For your privacy, I always disable the video and microphone during the class via Zoom.
You will only see and hear me!!
However, I also have my chat box open if you have questions during the session. I will always do my best to answer them by the end of class.
