Well-Grounded!!
We all want it be balanced and sensible as we go throughout life. However, we get caught up in all the ends and outs... the ups and downs... and the business of what we now make of our world these days, which leads us to becoming UN-Grounded!!
It's hard to find self love time!! There are bills to pay and always things to do! Hey, I get it... I was there and understand! I used to neglect myself that way too! It's never a good idea by the way, because by not allowing your self that "self love time" or "me time" you will never be grounded and happy!
As I said, it took sometime for me to understand this concept, to actually put myself 1st! Only we can create our own happiness, and once we have that in place...then and only then will be truly be able to share our love for others!
Being that we are human, we have times of un-groundedness! It's just the way it is! I have worked hard to stay grounded by working with Crystals, doing Crystal Chakra Balancing on myself, and allowing "self love" time with meditation and yoga.
But even with all these practices... if I don't find the time to do them, I also can become un-grounded!
So what causes UN-Groundedness???
Not taking time to yourself "self love", Thinking too far into the future or dwelling on the past.

Here are other signs of being Un-Grounded:
~Forgetful with important information
~Spaced out, dizzy, light headed
~Suddenly clumsy
~Lack of focus
~Feeling jumpy, overstimulated
~Falling asleep during meditation
~Getting lost while driving
~Hard time finishing a task
~Not making yourself understood
~Loosing track of time
Ways to be Well-Grounded...
1. Earthing:
Take the time to go for a walk and find a place like the park or even your back/front yard where there is a patch of grass or dirt. Take off your shoes and socks and walk around bare foot on Gaia. Feel her supporting you and grounding you!! Take some deep breaths in and feel that connection!
She is the source of immediate grounding. I enjoy doing this exercise from time to time! When we wear shoes all the time it's blocking that grounded connection with our Mama Earth, thus leading to more un-groundedness. It's important to do this from time to time to reestablish that connection.

2. Grounding Meditation:
Find a guided meditation for grounding. There are lots of them online. I have one that I recorded to assist you. I do this grounding meditation every time I work with the New Moon Cycle. This is how I start my New Moon Ritual. The cool thing is, you don't need to wait till the New Moon to do this Grounding Mediation, you can do it anytime.
Try it and see how you feel afterwards!!

3. Bridget's Brew: "Well-Grounded" Tune-Up Potion
I was inspired to make a new potion. I actually woke up one day and thought, oh my stars!!! I need to do this! I get some amazing inspiring ideas right before I wake up sometimes. I believe it's my Guides helping me along my path of helping myself and others!
