It's official!! I'm a CA!!!
So, what's a CA you ask??
I'm a Certified Aromatherapist !!!
The art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. It seeks to unify physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process.
My journey began a few months back. I got into essential oils and I really wanted to learn a lot more about them. As I was starting my research, I came up with the idea of using essential oils in something that I like to call "Tune-Up Potions" and decided to open an Etsy store with the name of, "Bridget's Brew."
Since I had already become a CCH (Certified Crystal Healer), I thought what a super duper combo!! I could combine crystals with essential oils to make the best combo to enhance and "Tune-Up" mine... and other people's life!!
I thought what better way to work with essential oils then to be certified and actually know the ends and outs of them!!
So, off I went to start my schooling to become a Certified Aromatherapist !!
I worked my ass off and finally arrived at the time of my final test!! I must say, I was a bit nervous as not only was it a timed test, but I'm not the best of test takers... especially timed!!!
I decided to get additional help from my Fluorite Crystal and also put in my diffuser a yummy blend for concentration of Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Pine... and off I went to take that Final Test, the make it or break it moment!!
GOOD NEWS!!!
I PASSED!!!
I was holding my breath and then I got the CONGRATULATIONS notice!!!
Yippie.. and I'm super duper happy with the outcome!! I got a 3.1 GPA!! Wahooo!!
So, I feel extra excited to be able to share with you my knowledge as a Certified Aromatherapist... and be able to back my products with that knowledge over at "Bridget's Brew."
