This is the beginning of my crystal journey, how I really started learning the powers these crystal friends possess... I wanted to share how it all came about... hope you enjoy!!
August 13th, 2013, I ended up having a dream! Now this dream was no normal dream... especially for me! Normally in my dreams I have no control of what's going on at all! This dream was different it was so real and vivid, a friend of mine (we will call him M) who had recently passed away a few days earlier came to me in a dream! What happened was everything got black and I was standing there, nothing around. Next thing I know, there my friend was! It was nice to see him again. I remember the dream and communication being very brief. It was not like any other dream I've had before b/c I was in control of everything I said and did! M came to me and said "you must tell Kelsey's (My Daughter) PE Teacher that she's not a good swimmer!" I said "Ok, and I will look after your family." That was it, real fast and to the point. A feeling of happiness, peace and love rushed over me during my dream. I remember every detail unlike my regular dreams, it was crystal clear! I decided to take my friends advice as my Daughter was a freshman in High school and they were getting ready to start the swimming unit in PE. I went with the advice and emailed Kelsey's Teacher! Her Teacher assured me they would make sure to put her in the right group and that she'd be fine, and it was!
I also kept my word and stayed in touch with my friend's family and helped them along with things.
Fast Forward...
May 20th, 2016, I had another visitation dream with my friend/spirit guide M. Same deal as before in a blk space. He said to me, "thank you for keeping tabs on his family." I said, "of course and thank you for watching over my family and Kelsey." Then we smiled at each other and I felt love, peace and happiness and I woke up.
It was really fast visit, but felt great.... and I knew that wasn't a normal dream again! For me, I never have control over my dreams... it's like I'm watching a movie. I can't control what I say, what happens etc. I did some research and figured out it was a visitation dream!
I ended up figuring out that crystals can help me enhance my connection with my spirit guides. I started to look online and found out quite a few crystals will help.
Without hesitation, I decided I needed to find a metaphysical shop to purchase some crystals. My Hubby, being so super supportive helped me look online for some near by. He found one about 5 mins. from our house! We walked in and a kind lady was there. The shop was small, but they had exactly what I needed! I remember an Amethyst cluster caught my eye... in fact, so much so that I couldn't leave with out it! In addition to that, I got some tumbles crystals... Amethyst, Azurite, MoonStone, Malachite, Rose Quartz, Tigers Eye, Hematite and a clear quartz.
The next day (May 21, 2016) I decided to give meditation a try. I have tried mediation once before with a friend, but that was years ago. I decided to hold my Amethyst Cluster while doing a guided mediation. I felt tingles all over, I felt beauty, power and strength with her!! It was amazing to feel the vibrations and messages from this bootiful crystal. Later that night, I was curious to see if my other crystals had any messages or sensations to share with me!? So I decided this time around, I'd mediate with my Hematite. It felt electric and magnetic!! Have you ever put 2 magnets next to each other and they repel? It almost felt like that in my hand, almost like it was hovering over my hand a bit, it made me feel happiness.
May 25th, 2016 Kelsey (My Daughter) and I took a walk and then decided to do some meditating together. We sat under a tree in a lovely part across the street from our house. I did a full chakra cleanse guided meditation holing my blue goldstone. The guided meditation I thought was only 12 mins., turned out to be 25! It was lovely though and the breeze kept hitting us. It was relaxing and refreshing. I felt my 3rd eye open during the meditation. I can visualize everything the guide was saying to cleanse each chakra area. Right towards the end, when he said that all the colors are swirling around you from the different chakra areas, then said to return them to your body with a a white glowing light... I kid you not, I felt like I was spinning and my heart started racing... I felt like I was going to fall!! I opened my eyes and was breathing heavy! I felt a bit unsure of what just happened! I felt dizzy! After a few mins. of relaxing and thinking about it I realized that it was my spirit entering my body again! It was very intense!
I ended up finding a new metaphysic shop in Pomona months later (July 15, 2016) . I went in and funny enough, my hubby's client works there!! It was nice to be able to talk to her and tell her what I've been experiencing while meditating. She encouraged me to work through it... to go ahead and call upon my spirit guides to step in and help me through it. She said all this was a really good sign for me, it means I'm getting ready for astral travel!! It was nice talking with someone who had been through this in a way!
Since then, my meditations have been amazing!!! I call upon my spirit guides all the time during them and they help me stabilize myself! I appreciate Madison for her advice that day! Now, I don't know what I'd do without Mediation in my life!
Our Spirit Guides are always around us... watching after us. They are however, not allowed to help us along with anything unless we ASK for their guidance. If we take the time to ask for them to be apart of our lives or for help, they WILL be there for us. Believe me, I've had their help and guidance on many occasions now! It wonderful to be able to connect like that!!
Visitation dreams are one of the most common ways for spirits to reach out to their loved ones after they have died. Visitation dreams are when a non physical being communicates with you while you are sleeping. There are many reasons why they communicate while you’re sleeping rather than awake… The main one is that your ego mind doesn’t block the communication, and so it is much easier for your loved one to get past the filters of your mind which are always working on some level to keep you focused in the physical, and as a result block out activity from the spiritual realms. True visitation dreams are much different from regular dreams, for starters they are usually very real, vivid and you will feel that you have been visited by your deceased loved one.Also, with true visitations from spirit through dreams, you will feel and know in your heart that the dream was a real communication.When it comes to regular dreams, they’re easy to forget, but with a true dream visitation it will be vivid and real, and you’ll probably remember it for the rest of your life.
