WHAT TO EXPECT:
Enjoy pranayama (breathing exercise), Guided Meditation & a Super Relaxing Sound Healing Session to Detox your Mind, Body and Spirit.
You will be enjoying this experince by laying on the floor. If that is not your jam, no worries, make sure you bring your own chair to sit in and relax.
I have a limited supply of Yoga Mats & Blankets. Please consider to bring your own. They will be 1st come 1st serviced.

- Yoga Mat
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Eye Mask
- Chair (if not able/wanting to lay on floor) Or let me know & I can have one ready for you!
