These sessions will meet on the 2nd Friday of each month.

You will enjoy this session by laying on the floor.
If that isn't your jam, no worries, I can accomidate you. Please let me know so we can make arrangements!
I will provide yoga mats and blankets.
However I do recommend for you to bring any or all of the following that will help you feel your best:
- Yoga Mat
- Blanet
- Pillow
- Bolster Pillow
- Eye Mask (I can't get the room ultra dark, highly recomm)
