Energy healing has the ability to go beyond physical proximity! Allowing you to receive relief & detoxification within your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. During this session you will receive Crystal Reiki Healing, as well as a Crystal Chakra Balancing. To enjoy this session, you will need to plan an hour where you will be uninterrupted. Find a comfortable place where you will be able to relax fully! You can light a candle, burn some incense, and play some relaxing music & invite some Crystal Friends to be near you! Before the start of your session, I will text you a guided meditation...that will help you become grounded & relaxed. This is also a cue to let you know I'm getting ready to start your session! During your session your job will be to relax & I will take notes of things that come up & send the healing where it needs to go!
