Note: This event will be enjoyed while laying on the floor. If you have physical limitations, or this is not a comfortable position for you, feel free to bring your own comfy chair.

I will provide Yoga Mats, and Blankets. However I encourge you to bring your own Pillow, Eye Mask, Yoga Mat, Blankets & Crystals. Please bring whatever makes you feel good!
