WHAT TO EXPECT: 

Enjoy pranayama (breathing exercise), Guided Meditation & a Super Relaxing Sound Healing Session to Detox your Mind, Body and Spirit. 

You will be enjoying this experince by laying on the floor.  If that is not your jam, no worries, make sure you bring your own chair to sit in and relax. 

I will provide yoga mats + blankets... however I encourage you to BYO!!

WHAT TO BRING: 

• Yoga Mat 
• Blanket
• Pillow 
• Eye Mask
• Chair (if not able/wanting to lay on floor)  
• An open mind, ready to relax
