Dec 5th "Move Qi With Me" Class

QiGong is an ancient practice that is used in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).

It's an excellent way to improve your health!!

Not only will it release stress and tension from your body, but it will also relax your mind and allow you to move any stagnant Qi within your body!

QiGong Translation= QiGong is broken down into 2 words for translation...

Qi= Energy

Gong=Work/Method

I will guide you though movements that will help move the Qi (energy) within your body!!

This hour long session will start off with an explanation on what QiGong is!

I will also teach you how to feel your Qi!!

Next, I will Guide you in QiGong Movements!

Finally we will finish off your session with a Guided Meditation and Sound Bath!

One reason why I LOVE QiGong is it's suitable for ALL AGES!!

So... gather up your family, friends and shoot even your foes... and let's "Move Qi With Me"!!

What you will Need:

• Comfortable Clothing that you can move in
• Bare-feet
• A Computer/Smartphone where you can view the class
• Zoom app downloaded on your Computer/Smartphone
• Yoga Mat/Blanket/Pillow
• An Open Mind, ready to "Move Qi With Me"

What to expect:

• Introduction on what Qi Is
• How to feel your Qi
• 30 minutes of QiGong Exercises
• Guided Meditation
• Sound Bath

The 2nd Saturday of each month I will be hosting these QiGong Classes!

This waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad as is allowed under the applicable law and applies to any and all claims for damages, regardless of whether they are allegedly caused by Bridget M. Shoup (B*MoonStruck), or her affiliates.

This waiver and release agreement applies to all injuries including, but not limited to slipping, QiGong movements/practices, malfunctioning equipment.

Instructor Liability Waiver: QiGong is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries. It has been proven safe and beneficial for most ages groups and fitness levels. However, QiGong is considered a physical exercise and does use movements in ways in which you might not have moved your body in before. Please be mindful at all times and find what makes you feel good during the session. It's your responsibility for your own comfort and health.

Bridget M. Shoup (B*MoonStruck) and her affiliates, are not liable for mishaps or injury sustained during class or at anytime while practicing outside of the class.

It is the Student's responsibly to find what makes them feel good and to practice in ways that are safe for themselves!

Your payment and registration to these sessions and classes, signifies that you understand this waiver and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being, you hold Bridget M.
